Copyright; What is it really?

The constitutional right of the holder of the intellectual property is known to as copyright. The right to copy is the simplest definition of copyright. The only people who have the sole right to reproduce a work are the original authors of that specific work and anyone to whom they grant permission with.

Copyright is a type of legal defense given by defaults to creators to protect their works. In many countries, such as USA and Australia, you obtain copyright protection for your work without registering it.
